Delivery

Sandtable is a digital service. There is nothing to ship.

When a payment succeeds, the subscription is activated on your account immediately — usually within seconds, and in any case as soon as our payment provider confirms the payment. You do not need to do anything to claim it: sign in and the Plus features are open.

There are no delivery charges, and we do not deliver anything to a physical address.

If a payment has succeeded and your account still does not show Plus, write to support@navshikhar.com with the payment reference from your receipt and we will put it right. Do not pay a second time.
